A downloadable Viewer for Android
This is for Quest 3/3s VR, it may work with other versions too, if you try it let me know. The APK can be loaded via sidequest, https://sidequestvr.com
This is a 3D model, 360 image and photo viewer. You can move and scale your 3D model or 2D image in VR for better viewing. Supports 2D mode, VR (with 360 image) and AR mode.
3D model formats; GLTF, GLB, STL, OBJ, FBX (GLB is the most recommended as it supports textures and default animations)
2D or 360 image; JPG, PNG (with alpha)
Controls are listed in the app, but typically you hold trigger and/or grip, then move the thumbstick to rotate, move and scale a model. B/Y exits VR/AR mode.
The first button on the top left lets you load 3d models or 360 images. The second one is for flat 2D images, these are rendered on a 3d plane, replacing any 3d models you loaded previously.
(Note: this software comes with no models or images, you can get them online or make them yourself. https://sketchfab.com has loads of models, available for free or paid. Places like https://shutterstock.com has '360 panorama' images.)

Please note; this app is a PWA, which basically means it's a web app. It was designed to work offline, but may occasionally need to be online to load properly, one of the limits of web apps. Once it's loaded, you can go offline again.
Where do 3D models need to be stored in order to be viewed in the app?
*Edit: Just realized the top left buttons open a file browser! Probably worth adding something to spell that out. Also FYI I think the scale on import is a bit off. Otherwise nice app!
